A club night born from the Legendary London Club nights Heavy Load & Sin City, Southbound's DJ's regularly fill the dancefloor with their celebration of music from the American South - primarily 1970's Southern Rock and Outlaw Country.
The club's first night of Rockin' was on New Years Eve 2006/7 at "The Albany" in the West End of the capital.
Three more successful dates followed during 2007 at the same venue before moving down the road to the Phoenix for a one-off charity night in March 2008.
In April 2009 Southbound became a monthly club night, taking over from our long running and very popular country rock night Sin City.
If you're a fan of 1970s Country, think Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings and love the Southern sounds of Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Allman Brothers mixed together with a dusting of bluegrass, a pinch of Southern Soul and a healthy dose of Elvis Presley then “Get Westerned Up” and join us on the dancefloor on the first Saturday of every month in the heart of London's West End.
